FORMAL CONTRACT
Once you are happy to proceed we can draw up a contract (based on the finalized quote). The contract will re-iterate exactly what work is being done and will specify the payment terms (usually an initial payment for your extension project is due at the signing of the contract).
SCHEDULING
We schedule a time to start your extension project, apply for any necessary permits (if applicable) and then the work begins!
WORK IN PROGRESS
During the stages of work we will keep you informed of any issues that occur so that they can be resolved quickly. If you decide that you need to change certain aspects of the extension project while it is in progress we will always try to accommodate this, depending on the individual circumstances (and costs) involved.
WORK COMPLETION
Work is completed only when you are fully satisfied, the job site is cleared so that you can start to use your brand new extended living space, and we receive our final payment.

How Much Does a House Extension Cost?
Most of the clients ask us this question a lot: what is ballpark figure for a rear house extension?
It is not straight forward because each individual project will be completely different and will depend on a number of factors. If we closely look into multiple factors such as the materials needed, the clients’ vision, the budget and the timeframe before we can give a clear quotation. With that being said, we can give a rough estimate during the site visit meeting. From our previous experience in rear and side extensions, we can give some understanding of what you might expect:

£1100 – £1,400 PER SQ M2 APPROX.
This figure is a rough idea at what a rear house extension in the Wandsworth area will cost. The range is a correlation between the different level in the finish. There is always the possibility of other costs being incurred when looking at in greater depth.
